The questions a price list raises
Is any module locked to the higher plans?
No. Issues and board, cycles, analytics, CRM, messaging, attendance, the knowledge base and Hamrah are all enabled on every plan. The plans differ only in their ceilings.
What counts as a seat?
Every member with access to the workspace takes a seat. Removing a member frees theirs.
How is the AI quota counted?
The quota is monthly and shared across the workspace. Both your own usage and the workspace total are visible inside Hamrah, so you find out before it runs out rather than after.
What happens if we go over a ceiling?
Work does not stop and no data is removed; you simply cannot go further on that axis until the plan is upgraded or the next month starts.
What happens when a plan expires?
Your data is not deleted. The workspace becomes read-only — everything is visible but nothing changes — until the plan is renewed.
Do the prices include the first-purchase discount?
Yes. The first-purchase discount applies once, to the first invoice; renewals are charged at the full price.
