Features
Everything in Raah Pro, in the order work moves through it
The modules are grouped by what they do rather than by what they are called: you plan the work, you track it, you talk about it, and then you get numbers out of it.
The workspace
Six parts that are wired together, not six separate tools
A project in Raah Pro is not just a list of work. Pick a part to see what is inside it and which of the others it connects to.
Work items
Everything that has to get done, each with its own state, priority, assignee and due date.
A work item can belong to a cycle and a module at the same time — and new ones arrive through the inbox.

Views
The whole team’s work, at a glance
Each column is a state and each card is a work item. Drag a card and its state changes with it — no form, no second screen.
Board: one column per state. Drag a card and the state changes with it.
Drag a card between columns to change its state.
One work item
Everything a task collects stays on one panel
State, priority, assignee, dates, labels, sub-items, files, the knowledge-base article and the conversation — all inside the panel that opens when you click the item. Step through it and watch which part changes.
Dashboard layout breaks on mobile
Below 360px the dashboard cards stack on top of each other and the counters clip. Screenshots from an iPhone 13 and a Pixel 6 are attached.
The item opens: everything about it in one panel, without leaving the board.
Organising
The four axes that actually tell work items apart
State, priority, assignee and label — the same axes the product’s own filter row offers. Switch a few on and watch the list and the count change.
Filters combine with AND — exactly as the product’s own filter row does.
Two more axes exist that each project decides about: work item types (bug, feature, task, chore) and estimates. Neither is on by default, and this project has not set them up.
Conversation
Talking about the work, where the work is
Files, voice messages, mentions and polls — the four things the product’s message bar offers, and not one more. Let the conversation play, then vote in the poll.
The dashboard layout breaks on mobile. I picked up APP-3.
These four buttons are what the product’s message bar has — no more, no fewer.
Sales
Move a deal and the month forecast moves with it
Every stage carries a win probability, and the sales cockpit builds its forecast from them: each deal amount times the probability of the stage it is in. Move a card to the next stage and watch which numbers change.
Forecast = sum of (amount × stage probability) over open deals
Drag a card, or use “Next stage”.
Drag a card onto another column to change its stage.
Time
Punch in; the day records itself
Attendance lives in the same workspace as the work. The counter starts, and the day’s report is written right here, under the same clock.
Punch in to start the counter.
What did you work on today?
| Date | In time | Out time | Note | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sep 17 | 09:00 | 13:30 | Forgot to punch out | Approved |
| Sep 15 | 08:40 | 17:10 | Off-site visit | Pending |
So you do not have to wait, the clock in this view runs faster than a real one.

Moved the breakpoint to 390 and put the counters in two columns. Ready to test.
