What people usually ask

  • Do I need an account to see the demo?

    No. The demo opens in one click, has no form and collects nothing. All of its data is sample data and stays inside your browser.

  • Where is our data kept?

    On our own infrastructure, in Iran. For organisations with stricter internal policy, a dedicated deployment is possible; talk to us about it.

  • Can Hamrah see our data?

    Hamrah reads only this workspace, and only as far as your own permissions reach. Anything that writes or changes data arrives as a proposal and does not run until you press Approve.

  • Can we use only some of the modules?

    Yes. CRM, messaging, attendance and Hamrah are plugins that unlock with the workspace plan, and each can also be enabled for a single workspace on its own.

  • What happens when a plan ends?

    Your data is not deleted. The workspace becomes read-only (everything stays visible but nothing changes) until you renew.

  • How is it on a phone?

    The same workspace, laid out for the phone: a bottom bar with four tabs you choose and “More” for the rest. You can install it to the home screen so it opens like an app.

  • Is migrating from our current tool hard?

    Issues import from CSV and export the same way. For bigger migrations our team works alongside you.

  • Is there an English interface?

    Yes. The whole product is bilingual and each member picks their own language; the layout follows the language.
